Welcome to the Sweetwater Farm Bed & Breakfast in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania in the beautiful and historic Brandywine Valley. Our Manor Home features seven guest rooms; three in the original Quaker Farmhouse of 1734 and four in the more formal 1815 Georgian wing. There are also five cottages, which are pet and child friendly. All rooms and cottages have telephones, private bathrooms, air conditioning and cable TV. All guests enjoy a three course gourmet breakfast served in the Manor House or on the outdoor patio. Amenities include: luxurious and comfortable accommodations, in-ground pool, heated spa, and massage room, fitness center, hiking trails, outdoor dining patio, a large relaxing porch and high speed internet access throughout the main house.
You’ll find a variety of fun and exciting activities in and around Sweetwater Farm. Nearby, you'll discover the world-famous Longwood Gardens, Winterthur Museum, Brandywine River Museum, Chaddsford Winery and many more great places to dine, sight-see and shop. The character of Sweetwater Farm's lovingly restored 18th century, field stone manor home with its formal front to back entrance hallway provides a magical setting for weddings. We can accommodate wedding parties of up to 140 guests. We are also available for your corporate retreat, light years away from the steel and concrete of the city, offering a country setting and calm... for reflection, team bonding or private meetings.
Our newest addition to the manor is Grace Winery, which consists of approximately 9000 wines on over 5 acres of beautiful land. Come have a taste of our delicious wines in our tasting rooms situated in a newly renovated barn, where we produce over 1,500 cases of wine per year!
