Awesome experience stepping back in time to 1863. Breakfasts are well balanced and delicious. The innkeepers Dennis and Eileen make you feel right at home with a warm welcome stay that is second to none.

EILEEN AND DENNIS ARE THE FRIENDLIEST INN KEEPERS IN GETTYSBURG. I KNEW THEM WHEN THEY OWNED THE CASHTOWN INN SO THEREFORE I KNEW THAT THE LIGHTNER FARMHOUSE B&B WAS GOING TO BE SPECIAL. LOVE JAKE THE CAT. SHOPPING OUTLETS ARE LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES FROM THE FARM.

A stay at The Lightner Farmhouse is like being in your second home or a home away from home.The inn keepers--Eileen and Dennis are there for one thing--that's to make your stay PERFECT.The food is great--the rooms are squeaky clean and ever so comfortable.I've stayed in lodgings worldwide and always think of the Lightner as HOME!!!!!

The Lightner Farmhouse is a quiet oasis full of unexpected delights. The Inn keepers are gracious and full of information about Gettysburg. They made our all too short stay there something very special.
