Cancellation Policy: |
Please confirm your plans prior to making your reservation, as we take your room off the market and turn away other requests.
A one night's deposit will be taken at the time of your reservation. Refunds will be issued minus a $20 processing fee for cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full amount unless the room is re-rented. For special circumstances, arrangements can be made to transfer deposits to a future stay.

All rates are for double occupancy and subject to 6% PA sales tax. There is no need to pay the additional 5% Hotel Occupancy Tax when you stay in a Bed & Breakfast. Please see Accommodations for prices. Please add $15 for each additional person. On most weekends, we ask for a two-night minimum stay. Exceptions are possible.

The inn is lovely. Very stately and the woodwork in the foyer, staircase and dining room is worth the stay in itself. Our room was very clean, tastefully decorated and the innkeepers, Joe and Laurie are an accredit to the industry. Their hospitality makes guest feel like family. I highly recommend to anyone staying in the Erie area.
