CANCELLATIONS
require notice at least two weeks before your arrival date (three weeks on holidays) for deposits to be refunded. This policy also applies to short notice reservation situations. If you have to cancel within two weeks of arrival we will make every effort to replace your reservation, and if we are successful we will return your deposit less a $25 service charge.
