Welcome to the Bird-in-Hand Inn & Suites located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, the perfect setting for an intimate getaway, a special occasion, or a small retreat.
Enjoy the comfort and privacy of our 24 uniquely decorated Guest rooms and suites, in four preserved historical buildings, each tastefully appointed with period furnishings. Many feature king-sized beds, sitting areas, large whirlpool baths, romantic fireplaces and kitchenettes.
The origin of our historic Inn, built in 1734, is responsible for the naming of our unique town, Bird-in-Hand (current population just 300). Today the Original Inn is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The reception desk, circa late 1800’s, was previously the bar in the historic hotel which originally occupied the building. The Inn is located on the north side of Route 340 - the Old Philadelphia Pike. |
