In Victorian Bellefonte's Historic District, The Queen, A Victorian Bed and Breakfast is conveniently located off Interstate 80 in the middle of Pennsylvania; Bellefonte is only 3-4 hours from New York City, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Baltimore and the Washington, D.C. area. The inn is just 15 minutes or less from Penn State, 2 miles from Route 220/26, (soon to be I99) and 3 miles from I-80. Fishing, hunting, boating, caving, airports, glider port, museums, genealogy research, libraries, shopping, fine dining, and scenic tours are all nearby.

First-time visitors who walk along the Victorian streets of Bellefonte are often astonished at the architecture. Here is a tiny town, tucked into a valley almost exactly in the center of rural Pennsylvania, which seems strikingly out of place amid the surrounding farm villages and mining towns. The downtown streetscapes are primarily Victorian, the buildings immense, and all of them are adorned with filigree and cornices and pilasters from another era. Indulge in a gourmet breakfast served in the large dining room with antique glassware and linens.

Just bring your suitcase, everything else can be provided if you wish.

An outstanding Victorian B&B that will leave you wanting to return again. The authentic rooms and artifacts, some of the best breakfasts we have ever had (I can still taste the Creme Brulee french toast made with homemade bread), and an innkeeper (Nancy) that make you feel like you are part of their family. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, Victorian history and getting you anywhere you want to go. Penn State University is nearby which is a plus.
