Lancaster, PA, 20 minutes to the southwest of Adamstown, boast a beautiful combination of history and progress including covered bridges, The Strasburg Railroad, The Sight and Sound Millennium Theater, hot air balloon rides, bicycle tours, hiking trails and championship golf courses. Hershey, PA, is just 40 minutes west of Adamstown, the home of Hershey’s Chocolate, Hershey Amusement Park and Hershey Arena.

Check in time is between 3-6pm. We can make special arrangements for later check-ins. |

Cancellation Policy: |
Our bed and breakfast cancellation policy is 14 days (21 days for holiday and special events). Refunds are honored less a $25.00 cancellation processing fee, if we are able to re-rent your accommodations for the entire reservation. If we are unable to re-rent the accommodation we will have to retain the 50 % deposit.
Cancellation within 3 days (7 days for holiday and special events) will be charged the entire amount of the reservation if we are unable to re-rent the accommodation. No shows and premature check-outs will also be charged the entire amount of the reservation.
Our cancellation policy is 30 days for our Vacation Rentals. Refunds are honored less a $50.00 cancellation processing fee for the cottages and a $75.00 cancellation processing fee for the Vacation Home, if we are able to re-rent your accommodations. If we are unable to re-rent the accommodations we will have to retain the 50 % deposit. Special Cancellation Policy applies for the Holiday Rentals |
