Check In Policy: |
We can make exceptions, but usually clients check out around noon and check in after 2pm as we need time to prepare the rooms. For late night travelers and airport pick ups we can also make an exception but too late means extra charge. |
Check Out Policy: |
Clients should leave their room around noon after having paid all plus extras. For early departures bills should be paid the night before. |
Cancellation Policy: |
30 days before arrival we will reimburse the total amount of your down payment less administrative cost. 15 days before arrival we will reimburse 50% of the sum paid. One week before arrival no reimbursement is possible. |

Our policy is that on long term reservations 20% of the total sum should be paid in advance, by PayPal or wire transfer after having filled out our reservation form on line. Upon arrival clients pay the rest of their stay in cash. Short terms reservation should be paid fully through wire transfer or PayPal, credit cards. |

We found Dos Palmitos to be very clean and comfortable. There was a lot of extra effort on behalf of guests to make sure that the stay in Panama was a good one. The proprietress, Angeline Arken, checked frequently with guests to see what they would like to do, and made arrangements for trips, checked us in for our return flight, printed our boarding passes, and asked what our menu preferences were for breakfast each day. Breakfasts consisted of a lot of delicious fresh fruit, eggs and bacon or sausage, or pancakes, yoghurt, freshly squeezed orange juice and great coffee. We ate breakfast on the back porch and watched the humminbirds. Many birds were visible from the porches. Angeline's assistant, Arnoldo Sanchez walked with us to the fruit market, which was an awesome place to visit. Arnoldo was very obliging, calling reliable taxis when guests wanted to go places. Staying at Dos Palmitos helped to make our visit to Panama very pleasurable.
