Welcome to the 10th Avenue Bed & Breakfast and Vacation Rental. Our home was built in 1908 and has been a Bed & Breakfast since 1986. It is the former home of a circuit court judge, decorated with a mix of antiques and beachy-comfort. Our breakfasts have been described as a feast for the eye as well as the palate. We are a completely non-smoking inn - no smokers will be accommodated in our home.
Right next door is our vacation rental, the Doll House, where families can enjoy a week at the beach in the summer or a weekend getaway in the off season. The Doll House comfortably sleeps six adults and is perfect for families.
Enjoy Seaside's famous Promenade for an early morning walk or a breathtaking sunset. We're just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Picnic and feed the seagulls while viewing Haystack Rock at Ecola State Park, or go for 18 holes at one of our area's many beautiful ocean-view golf courses.

We are able to accommodate children over age 12 in our home, the 10th Avenue Inn B&B. The Doll House Vacation Rental, right next door, is perfect for small families with children of ALL ages.

Deposit Policy:

One half of the rental amount deposits are required for The Doll House Vacation Rental, which is available for one week minimums during summer season.

No Pets Allowed

Other than registered aid dogs, we are unable to accept pets on our property at any time.

Our dog is only allowed in our portion of the house, not in guest areas of the inn.

We are unable to accommodate smokers of any kind in our home, the 10th Avenue Inn B&B. Smokers who stay in The Doll House Vacation Rental must smoke outside.
