Tyee Lodge Bed & Breakfast on Newport, Oregon has five oceanfront rooms to accommodate you. Another room overlooks our gardens. Each room has a private bath and gas fireplace. All rooms come equipped with a tree-framed view of the sand, surf, and horizon! Watch the waves from the easy chairs or from your bed. Open your window for fresh ocean air and the sound of the crashing surf. You can also enjoy the panoramic views from our Great Room or outdoors by our fire pit in the garden.
Breakfast is served family style in our ocean view dining room each morning at 9:00 a.m. Early risers enjoy coffee, yogurt and granola beginning at 6:30am. We cater to special diets, and will provide breakfast in bed for special occasions. Walk down our private trail to miles of beach and tide pools. Tyee Lodge is just a few minutes from all of the Newport attractions like the Oregon Coast Aquarium, historic Nye Beach, the Bayfront and two lighthouses! |

Check in is between 4 pm and 6 pm. Arrivals before 4pm or after 6pm require prior arrangements. Please call 541-265-8953 to make these arrangements in advance. If you check in after 9pm, you may be subject to an additional charge. |

Cancellation Policy: |
If you need to cancel a reservation, please call and speak directly to the innkeepers at 541-265-8953. Email, voice mail, or faxed cancellations are NOT accepted. A confirmed reservation can be canceled with 14 days or more advance notice without a cancellation fee. For cancellations with less than 14 days notice; you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged in full unless we are able to rebook the room at the same rate. If we are unable to rebook the room, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation and issued a gift certificate for that amount which you may apply to a stay with us within one year from the date of the reservation. |
