Welcome to Crystalwood Lodge Bed and Breakfast near Crater Lake, OR! We're an intimate pet-friendly lodge which was originally one of the early homesteads in the Klamath Basin, and has been extensively renovated and modernized while still maintaining it’s pioneer heritage.
Today we specialize in delivering comfortable lodging coupled with personal service and a warm, welcoming environment. We are located near the south entrance to Crater Lake NP, adjacent to the Upper Klamath National Wildlife Refuge, amidst the Fremont-Winema National Forests, and sit directly on the Volcanic Legacy Scenic Byway and All American Road.
Lodge amenities include satellite TV with DVD/VCR player, games and puzzle materials, binoculars and spotting scope, fly tying table, a self-serve dog washing facility, canoe & snowshoe rental, and an outdoor hot tub spa with 365 degree views. We have 2 outdoor and screened in wrap-around viewing decks perfect for bird and wildlife watching or simply curling up with a good book or a glass of wine. |

Pets Welcome
|
|
Well-behaved and housebroken pets are welcomed on the grounds, in the lodge great room and in all the guest rooms - they are prohibited from the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations. Pet owners are required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival and assume all resopnsibility for the behavior and actions of their pet(s). Please ensure your dogs are on-leash in the lodge, and other pets are in carriers.
Pets must be crated if left in the guest rooms when you're not present, such as while you are enjoying dinner. Doggie Daycare can be provided by prior arrangement if you will be gone during the day enjoying "people-only" activities. We also feature a dog-washing facility if your 4-legged buddies get dirty from the day's outings. Pets need to be clean prior to bringing them into the lodge.
For their own protection, all pets must be current on vaccinations, proof of vaccination must be presented if needed. And please -- no fleas!!! Ensure your pets are flea-free prior to their arrival. Flea and tick control products are also available for purchase at the lodge and will be required if there is a problem. We do have heartworm in this area so please plan on protecting your pet accordingly. We do not have problems with fleas or ticks.
Dogs are welcome to stay in the guest rooms overnight in crates we provide, or feel free to bring your own. Some guests prefer to bring dog beds which are also fine. If your pet is apt to get onto the bedding, we kindly request you cover it with a clean sheet/blanket of your own, or use one of the extra coverings we provide in our hallway chest expressly for that purpose. All guest rooms, bedding and linens are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest and we pride outselves in having no "doggie smell" or other reminders of prior or current four-legged guests..
Aggressive dogs are not allowed and will not be tolerated. Dogs showing signs of aggression to humans or other animals will be required to be restrained or crated, or will be asked to leave without refund.
Owners are required to pick up after their pets throughout the grounds; scoops, bags and receptables are provided for your convenience.
Doggie daycare usually available by pre-arrangement.
