Welcome to Abigail's Bed & Breakfast in Ashland, Oregano. Built in 1904, the house offers original Craftsman details, comfortable period-appointed rooms, colorful gardens and a relaxing front porch. Abigail’s is ideally located within walking distance of downtown Ashland, providing easy access to all of what Ashland has to offer; the theaters of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, boutique shopping, restaurants, Lithia Park and Ashland Creek. Southern Oregon University is a short drive from the inn.
Guests in the main house will enjoy a full service two-course breakfast daily at 9 a.m. a perfect way to start their day. Breakfast selections include juice, coffee, tea, fresh fruit breads and/or pastries and of course one of our many home-cooked entrees such as Asparagus and tomato quiche, Chocolate Belgian waffles, Cheesy scramble pizza or many other specialties.
From mid- February through the end of October the award-winning Oregon Shakespeare Festival is in season. Local Ashland activities include boating, white water rafting, hiking, biking, world-class golf, guided fishing tours, horseback riding, wineries, cave explorations and more!

-Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. unless other prior arrangements have been requested. |
Check Out Policy: |
-Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate late check-outs. Additional charges may apply for late check-out.
-Payment of the balance is due at check-out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Cash. |
Cancellation Policy: |
-If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be refunded less a $25 processing fee per room.
-If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, full payment is required for all nights and rooms reserved. Room rate less $25 processing fee will be refunded if all nights and rooms are re-booked.
-No credit or refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
-Full price for the entire reservation will be charged if a guest fails to arrive/show. |
