Our detached Victorian home on a quiet tree lined street offers four newly renovated and decorated guest rooms each with a TV, air conditioning, mini-fridge, and new bedding, pillows and mattress. Two of our guest rooms feature private four-piece bathrooms, and two guest rooms share a four-piece bath. All of our rooms have High Speed Internet access, and the entire house including the garden area has access to Wi-Fi.
Breakfast is served daily in the main floor dining room. Your hosts serve a full and delicious home-cooked breakfast on fine china each and every day with linen service on weekends. Our guests also enjoy daily complimentary tea and coffee 24/7 in the B&B kitchen and all are welcome to enjoy the restful garden.

Check-in is 2pm and is to be arranged prior to arrival of your arrival time with a one hour window. You may also check-in early, however the room may not be ready prior to 2pm. |

Check-out 11:00am, you may leave luggage to later in the day, but we need to change the rooms over. |
Cancellation Policy: |
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled at least 10 DAYS prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit, less a $20.00 CDN administration fee. We regret that for cancellations made with less than 10 DAYS Notice, the deposit is non-refundable. Please note the 10 DAYS notice also applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay. No refunds or adjustments after arrival. ‘No shows’ are subject to full payment for all nights reserved.
