Welcome to Victorian Suites Inn, an intimate Colonial style Bed and Breakfast, is located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-lake on Niagara’s famous wine route.
From the Inn, boutique wineries, some within walking distance, offer guests tours, tastings, and dining, all pleasant distractions from the ordinary. The Inn offers six elegant individually decorated rooms with a casual, yet professional ambiance.
Five guestrooms offer queen size beds, and our two room guest suite offers a king size bed. All our guestrooms provide comfortable seating areas, plush linens and bedding, gas fireplaces, air conditioning, and private ensuites with hydrotherapy air tubs. Our main level queen guest rooms each offer a private guest terrace, a perfect outdoor retreat.
Dining in our surrounding area is abundant and varied. Be it brunch, lunch, dinner, classy or casual, our attentive staff would be pleased to assist you with your favorite selection.

Victorian Suites Inn offers, as part of our complimentary "Signature Service Amenities", a deluxe continental breakfast served tray style to your guest room or private patio (main level rooms only). A generous and varied selection of fresh fruits, baked goods, juices, coffee and tea to name a few items, are provided every morning for our guests' enjoyment. Please inform the front desk staff of any dietary restrictions or special needs at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation of all or part of a booking the deposit will be refunded when Victorian Suites receives a minimum of 10 days notice prior to date of arrival, after which any deposit/prepayment will be non-refundable. All cancellations prior to the 10 days are subject of $25.00 Administration Fee/Room reserved.
Cancellations can be made online or by calling our property. Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.

Any extra persons up and beyond your stated quantities may be subject to charges and the availability of accommodations for extra guests is not guaranteed by Niagara Central Reservations or this property.

Deposit Policy:

One & Two Night bookings require a deposit equal to one night's accommodation + taxes at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.Three or more Nights require a fifty percent deposit. Reservations made within policy period full amount due at time of booking. You may pay by Credit Card, Debit or Cash at Check out for any balances.
The Hotel will charge the credit card at the time of booking to guarantee the Reservation If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
