Cancellation Policy:

For most reservations, with at least 5 days notice, we will gladly issue a gift certificate for a visit within six months, or refund your deposit less a $15 per room processing fee. If a reservation is canceled within 5 days of the stay, the guest will be charged for the entire reservation unless we re-rent the room. If a guest does not call and cancel or change the reservation, the guest will be charged the full amount with no refunds.

Reservations booked online must be secured by a deposit equal to one night's stay with a major charge card (guest's card WILL BE CHARGED WHEN BOOKED ONLINE). If you do not wish to process the reservation in this manner please call the Montford (local 405-321-2200 or toll-free 800-321-8969), between the hours of 8am and 10pm CST.
