I very much enjoyed my stay at the Vintage Inn last week. The decor was beautiful and classy, the innkeeper was charming, and the Belgian waffles were delicious. The inn has recently installed a WiFi system, and it worked well. Although I don't travel to Alva often, I may need to find excuses to go there just so I can stay at the Vintage Inn.

I have arranged for several of our consultants to stay here when working in the area. Everyone loves the B&B. They wouldn't stay anywhere else. I wouldn't book them anywhere else.

This was an over-the-top, luxury experience. The property was very clean and well kept. The room ammenities were excellent. The owners were very accomodating. Well decorated with themed rooms. This is by far the best overnight experience I have ever had. There is no wi-fi... but you really don't need it. This is the perfect escape from EVERYTHING! We stayed in the Vintage Room. Very, very nice.
We also made reservations at the ventage inn restaurant. That was seriously the best steak I have ever had. The entire dining experience was excellent. The service was great.
Thank you for making our one year anniversary special.

My wife and I wanted to take an overnight trip to relax and unwind. Our expectations were blown away from the moment we set foot in the Vintage Inn!!! Sherri greeted us with a hug and tour and we were amazed at the beauty of the ENTIRE inn. Not only is this a wonderful place to stay because of the beauty of the home but the hospitality, cleanliness, food and caring were second to none. We have stayed many places including The Cloister at Sea Island and our experience at The Vintage Inn was just as great if not better! We will return and tell our friends as well. By the way, you have to also combine your trip with a fantastic dinner at The Vintage House as well. You will not be disappointed.

We recently spent a birthday weekend getaway at this charming inn. The victorian house was beautiful and furnished lavishly. Our bedroom had a bath with a clawfoot tub and pedestal sink. The ambiance was marvelous as was the extensive breakfast served to us the next morning by Sheri--(biscuits and gravy are always a hit with my husband!). In addition, we are still raving about the steak house in Burlington that is run by Lori (Sheri's sister and co-owner of inn)and her husband. The best shrimp we have ever had (and on the oceanless plains, no less). The area around Alva has many attractions such as Little Sahara and Alabaster Caverns, and the Great Salt Plains--all of which are a short drive away. The Waynoka train station and restaurant/museum is a must see. In all, a wonderful weekend in lovely accommodations.

The Vintage Inn is a beautifully restored elegant home that is truly a jewel in Alva, Oklahoma. The linens are the finest, the hospitality makes you feel like you are the lady or gentleman of the manor. The delicious breakfast is prepared to order & served with great care in a gorgeous historic dining room. Besides sleeping & dining in luxury, we also had a business meeting in one of the comfortably decorated parlors. It was private & ideal.
My husband & I have traveled extensively world wide & consider the Vintage Inn to be superior & should not be missed by a visitor to the region or someone looking for a location to host a very special event. Our adult son accompanied us on this trip & he could not say enough positive about the accomodations or the breakfast. The hostesses of the Vintage Inn & the B&B itself made our trip memorable & a time to cherish. Jan in Colorado Springs
