Front Porch
After walking now it is time to relax on the front porch or around the outdoor fireplace. Wood and kindling is provided. You supply the company! How about a glass of red wine?

Weddings at Glenking
As Glenking begins its fourth year of operation, we want you to know that we have introduced a wedding service to help you keep your wedding romantic, rustic and reasonable. Our daughter and her husband were married in front of Glenking Cabin in the fall of 1999. So many people were pleased with their experience at Glenking we decided to make a few enhancements and see if this service will be used. Among those enhancements is electrical service to the reception tent area for the benefit of caterer and solidification of contacts with wedding professionals to help you select just the right wedding accoutrements. Please call us for suggested arrangements. The advantage to using Glenking for your wedding is modest cost, an included honeymoon location at the cabin, and a knockout setting! There is adequate parking, and we will supply a parking attendant. The facilities can accommodate up to 80 guests.

Cozy Reading Area
A cozy reading area occupies one end of the great room space while the kitchen uses the other end. There is a ful stove, microwave and refrig/freezer. Books, CDs and videos divert while others play board games that are provided.

Kitchen
Guests often entertain relatives or friends by using the fully equipped kitchen to prepare easy meals. Adjacent to the Cabin are picnic tables where friends enjoy the quiet and closeness of nature. A Deluxe Continental Breakfast is served to the occupants. Elda Tate's Famous Homemade Coffee Cake or Freshly baked muffins, bagels, or English muffins w/ butter and jellies. "Signature Homemade Granola" or Oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins or other dry cereals with milk. Yogurts in three flavors A selection of fresh fruits such as oranges, bananas, pineapple or fruit in season. Choice of orange or apple juice Teas and Gourmet Coffees

Master Bedroom
Room is equipped with a Queen sized bed, furnished in antique furniture and quilt hanging. One looks out on a pine forest and garden, where numerous interesting birds come to feed and nest.

Second Bedroom
The cabin boasts a cozy second bedroom with a full size double bed furnished with an antique chest of drawers and owner/photographer's photos. A pack-and-play baby crib can be easily set up. The loft accessible by steep steps, allows low clearance sleeping space for up to three young people.
