Charges due in full at check-in; credit card on file will be charged automatically. Confirmation: You will receive an email containing important information specific to your reservation approximately one week prior to your check-in date. You will need this information to check-in. Cancellation policy: We ask for a 48 hour notice to cancel a reservation without penalty. In the event of a cancellation, please let us know by phone or email at least 48 hours prior to arrival date check-in (4:00 pm). We will give you a cancellation number and no charges will be made to your credit card. If however, cancellations occur less than 48 hours (4:00 pm) prior to arrival date, you are responsible for the room nights that we are unable to resell. In addition, we reserved the right to charge a $25 processing fee to change or cancel a reservation. |
