Silver Shoe Bed & Breakfast is a fully restored historic Mansion and was built in the 1870's and is nestled in Centreville NS. It has retained a lot of its old charm and architectural details. It's perfect for a romantic getaway for a couple, a girls' night out or a great stay with the family. Explore the Annapolis Valley, the exciting world famous tidal range of the Bay of Fundy, the Berwick Zoo, Museums, National Parks and much more! Located only minutes from Wolfville & Kentville and 1 hour from Halifax, you can do what your heart desires. From bird watching, hiking, golfing, shopping or just reading and relaxing, there are endless possibilities! Our area is famous for being home to hundreds of wintering Bald Eagles. Some of these magnificent birds stay year round!
Our Bed & Breakfast features three large, air conditioned, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed rooms with duvet bedding, en-suite baths, Cable TV, phone and wireless internet access. A lush garden with flowers, shrubs and old trees surrounds the home. Lawn chairs and sun beds invite you to enjoy this setting with a good book and a cup of coffee or tea. Take a stroll through our large back yard and greet our horses and cats. Listen to the concert of the many song birds or the song of the spring peepers (tiny little frogs). At night (weather permitting), we invite you to sit down by the camp fire in the back yard and enjoy the starry skies. |
