The guest was informed when the reservation was made that kitchen did not have a stove or oven. We are hesitant to install a stove because of the liability if factor that a guest could forget and leave the oven or burners on as they leave. There were other guests in the inn ,so we did not run the dishwasher until it was completely full. There was ample dishes, silverware cups etc. for everone to use and no one ran out. I do feel it is the innkeepers job to place the dirty items in the dishwasher and this will not be an issue again. We strive very hard to make our B AND B a place that guests can feel at home and enjoy while they are visiting in Charlotte.
