At Oak Hill we are very sensitive to those with allergies. To that end, we feature Kathy Ireland latex mattresses by Therapedic. Latex, derived from the rubber tree, responds instantly to every contour of your body to provide exceptional support. They are also naturally anti-microbial, breathable and dust mite resistant. You will also enjoy soaps and lotions specially formulated for Oak Hill by Hazelwood Soap Company, a local boutique. All products are made with only the purest oils (avocado, almond, olive) and organic shea butter.
We're just minutes from Asheville, The Biltmore House, The Blue Ridge Parkway, white water rafting, or leisurely shopping in Waynesville’s quaint boutiques or anything in between. Our promise is to make every effort to accommodate your requests. It is our goal to ensure your comfort.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations:
• 15 Days notice prior to arrival date – The deposit is refundable less a $30 per room cancellation fee.
• 30 Days notice is required for specified holidays and October – The deposit is refundable less a $30 per room cancellation fee.
• Less than 15 days prior to the arrival date – The deposit is non-refundable. A gift certificate will be issued in the amount of the original deposit minus cancellation fee, and will be valid for one year from the date of issue (not valid in October and certain holidays).
• Within 72 hours of arrival or for early departures – The full price of the guaranteed reservation will be charged.
• All deposits will be refunded by check.
Note: Every effort will be made to re-sell the room, in which case the deposit will be refunded minus the cancellation fee.
