Welcome to the Andon-Reid Inn, a Waynesville, North Carolina bed & breakfast. Originally constructed in 1902 and now designated as one of Waynesville's historic properties, this turn-of-the-century home reflects all the beauty, grace and charm that could be manifested in this traditional style of architecture. Large windows, tall ceilings, extensive hardwood floors and veranda porches are but a few of the original attributes of this beautiful old home. Each of its 5 guestrooms is large, comfortable and tastefully decorated with traditional furnishings and a few antiques. Every room offers a private bath, a fireplace and unique features that will contribute to your comfort and relaxation.
The Andon-Reid Inn Bed & Breakfast offers lodging less than one mile from the downtown center of Waynesville, NC, and minutes from Maggie Valley and Asheville. Shopping and dining are only moments away. At Andon-Reid Inn, our North Carolina bed and breakfast inn, our exquisite full served breakfast is a special occasion. Food is a big deal here. Menus change each day with such entrees as Banana Praline French Toast, Sweet Potato Pecan Pancakes, with grilled medallions of pork tenderloin , or perhaps a Mexican Frittata with our special cornbread and honey butter. There's always room for dessert. We do it in a big way at Andon-Reid Inn. Whether it's a Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae, Raspberry Lemonade Pie or Triple Berry Cobbler, the plates come back clean! Everything is made with the freshest ingredients, herbs harvested from our garden and almost all from "scratch". No one leaves our table hungry!

Cancellation Policy: |
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Deposit is refundable if cancellation is received no later than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival less a $25 processing fee. For cancellations made within the 14 day period, we will do our best to re-book the room. If we cannot rebook your room, one nights deposit will be charged for one or two night reservations, for three or more nights, one half of total will be charged. No shows and early departures will be charged for the full reservation. |

Relaxing inviting Inn with great Innkeepers. Love the sun room and the specail teas and great food. Easy drive into the Smokey National Park from this INN

Once again we stayed at the Andon-Reid Inn for our annual Sisters' B&B Weekend + Spouse. We returned for our 4th time because Ron and Rachel provide such hospitality and comfort for all guests. In addition, Waynesville is a lovely small town to explore.

Very warm welcome from Rachel and Ron. A perfect stop if you want to tour in the Smoky Mountains and Blue Ridge Parkway or Ashville. An attention to the details to make your stay something to remember and share. An exquisite, delicate though generous breakfast; if you do not know if you are sweet or savoury tongue this morning, here is a tip: stay 2 days as Rachel switches from one to the other every day.

This B&B is what B&Bs are about. Great hosts, good food, comfortable rooms, a porch with rockers and great mountain views. The property is well maintained and the flowers and birds in the trees soothe the soul.

The Andon-Reid Inn is an absolute gem. I love knowing that I will never have to look for the right BnB again when I'm back in the western North Carolina area. My expectations weren't met, they were exceeded. Add to that the fact that Waynesville is a beautiful town right in the middle of everything. The owners felt like family and I am already planning a return trip back to the Andon-Reid Inn.

My husband and I finally got away for our 2nd anniversary. Ron and Racheal made us feel like friends instead of guest. The Grand Library Suite was our room and it was very luxurious. We ordered Racheal's chocolate covered strawberries and they were delicious. The breakfast the next morning was gourmet and magnificent!! The peaceful and beautiful setting made it the most romantic ever. We still are awed from our one night's stay. Thank you for such a wonderful time and we will be back soon!

WE CAME HERE SPONTANEOUSLY AND WOW!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A GREAT PLACE. RACHEL & RON ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE YOU WILL MEET. THE FOOD IS TO DIE FOR AND EVERY ROOM IN THE HOUSE IS PERFECT!!! JUST A FEW MINUTES TO DOWNTOWN WAYNESVILLE ALSO WHICH IS WICKED AWESOME!

We really enjoyed everything about our stay, even the nice company of the other guests during breakfast. Though the breakfast was worth not sleeping in, my only suggestion would be to consider serving breakfast a little later than 8:30 for those who look forward to getting to sleep in while on vacation. Even if that didn't change though, we'd love to visit here again for sure.
