Welcome to Mountain Brook, Fireplace Cottages B&B in the Great Smokies of Sylva, NC. Every season is a wonder in the Great Smokies! Naturally scenic mountainsides, towering trees and lush valley's that change their looks as the seasons come and go. Once you get the feeling of our mountains in your system, you'll return again and again. Mountain Brook will be here waiting for you each time. While there’s a lot to see and do in our area, Peace and Relaxation are our specialties...come see us!

Come try out the spa and sauna bungalow, stocked trout pond, self-guided nature trail, the small game room, picnic tables and charcoal grills. If you're planning on enjoying the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, hiking, white water rafting, or any number of activities for families, groups or couples, our location is more appropriate than staying in Asheville itself. You may even enjoy our rustic cottages, relaxing mountain brook, and the simple peace of getting away from it all, over the rush and traffic in Asheville. We look forward to your visit!

Check In Policy:
Check in is usually after 3, however, if you'll be arriving earlier and will let us know your approximate arrival time, we'll ask our housekeepers to prepare your Cottage as early as possible for you. You are certainly welcome to check in as soon as it's ready.
Check Out Policy:
Check out is by 11am.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations outside of 30 days of arrival will result in refund of the deposit less 20%. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Children: Children ages 16+
Children 16 and younger may stay with parents at no additional charge based on the number of occupants in the cottage.

Deposit Policy:
Deposit for one night is one night. For longer stays, deposit will be half of the lodging amount. To be received within 7 days of making the reservations, we'll confirm when deposit is received.
