The Benjamin W, Country Inn & Carriage is farm and bed and breakfast located in rural Greene County, North Carolina among the cities of Goldsboro, Wilson, Kinston, and Greenville making the area the "hub" of the east. This pre-Civil War Greek Revival structure, with large expansive rooms offers simple pleasures with charming country living while enjoying modern conveniences. Guests may choose their pace in life by walking the grounds to the fishpond (poles & bait provided) nearby or stopping to watch the goats in the pasture as they graze.

Wedding couples may choose the grand front portico for a quaint country wedding ceremony and reception to follow on the expansive grounds. The spacious dining room and intimate breakfast nook invite you to relax and enjoy a wonderful country farm breakfast. Getting around the farm is made easy by our golf cart that you are welcome to use. Every summer, a basket of sweet corn is offered to guests to take home. In addition, the farm produces organic Black Angus certified Beef called Nooherooka Natural that you can learn more about. Kids will enjoy hand feeding some of the animals such as goats, cows and Bulls.

If you are looking for true southern hospitality, this is the place to stay! Mary Betty and Ossie made me feel like we were old friends from the moment I met them. They even invited me along to dinner in town with them. we enjoyed graet conversation. The B&B is beautifully decorated,spotlessly clean,quiet,and cozy! They have a working farm that is run based on what they believe is best for Americans and how we should be eating (I agree!). Their way of farming could transform America. In short, if you are looking for an affordable, friendly, B&B where the owners go the extra mile,please stay here. I know I will be back!
