A gentle breeze, a big white porch shaded by sugar maples. You and a friend or two. A leisurely hour of each other's company and conversation while you drink tea and nibble on delicacies.

An upstairs corner room, with a fireplace, sofa, and queen-sized four-poster bed, decorated in shades of rose and navy blue. Artist Katherine Ladd has painted the antique vanity.

Willow
Its blue-and-white color scheme reminded us of the Blue Willow china pattern, hence its name. On the second floor, it contains two antique spool beds, both full-size, and a bright sunny double window. A comfy chair and beautiful hand-painted dresser. Can sleep four. Add $20 for each additional person.

Meadow
A two-room suite named for its large sunny windows and floral fabrics in periwinkle, rose, and seafoam. The bedroom has a brass queen-sized bed. The adjoining room holds loveseat-twin sleeper and can sleep three.

Meadow's bathroom contains an antique refinished claw-foot tub with a shower attachment.

Haven
Haven is that and more, a secluded space on the first floor with a fireplace and queen bed and two comfy chairs. It's decorated in soothing shades of teal and peach. Local artists painted the trompe l'oeil window, the desk, the mural in the bathroom, and the marbleized mantel.
