Welcome to Key Falls Inn Bed & Breakfast, romantic 1860 Victorian Farmhouse located 3 1/2 miles from Brevard on 35 beautiful acres. Close to Pisgah National Forest Recreation Area and Brevard Music Center the inn is furnished with many antiques and also has central air conditioning.
The Key Falls Inn was originally the Patton House, which was built by Charles Patton, a native of Transylvania County, in the 1860s. The back section was constructed prior to The War Between The States; the larger front section was built after the war. Wood, sand and layered rock was hauled from the mountainside behind the home site; door, windows and hardware were purchased.
The Inn is now a large Victorian Farm house comfortably furnished with many antiques and has five guest rooms with private baths. A full breakfast comes with your stay and all amenities are available to our guests. New! Biltmore Estate tickets are also available through us, so call for more information. Key Falls Inn graciously welcomes their visiting friends to our restful and historic home. |

I stayed at the Key Falls Inn with my mother and sister to celebrate my mother's birthday. We had a wonderful time. The hosts were very friendly and gave us our privacy. The refreshments and use of the sitting room was a very nice addition. The hosts went above and beyond for breakfast. It was worth staying there just to get the breakfast! We were impressed by the quality of the whole experience considering the low cost for three people. It was a very nice visit and we will go back.

Highly recommend this beautiful little "B&B"! So relaxing, lovely grounds, marvelous food, gorgeous room , and our hostess at the time, Janet, pampered us and made us feel so welcome in every way! (She is the owner's daughter). We can hardly wait to go back there...And, the quaint town of Brevard is only a few miles from the Inn...You can find wonderful little shops, and great places to eat with friendly home-town folk. There is a nice trail at "KeyFalls Inn" that takes you to "Key Falls" and the main house at the Inn is historical and has a lovely view from the front porch. We were told that Civil War soldiers used the field out in front of the house to camp out in during the war, so that was very exciting, as well.. If you want to truly get away and have a relaxing weekend "away from it all", this is the place to go!
