We honor a seven-day cancellation policy. Rooms not cancelled seven days in advance can be charged one nights room tariff if the room is not sold. Cancellations made seven days or more in advance will result in a refund of your deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Most weekend stays require a two-night minimum. Holiday weekends including Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving require a three-night minimum.

Reservations require a deposit in the amount of one nights stay. The deposit can be made by American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or personal check and will be credited to the last night of the reservation.

Reservations are for two people. Please advise us at the time of the reservation if a third person will accompany you. The rooms in the Inn are configured more like bedrooms than hotel rooms and are not conducive to an extra bed. We do, however, have a few rooms that a third person could be comfortable. Also, bathrooms in the original Inn are configured differently and a few have only a shower. If having a bath tub is an important consideration please ask when you make your reservation. Highlands Inn does have elevator service, however many of our historic rooms are not wheel chair friendly. Please let us know when you make reservations if there are any special needs we should address in room assignment.
