The Bed and Bike Inn in Gold Hill, NC is the perfect destination whether you’re searching for a restful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway. We are located just minutes away from the Uwharrie National Forest, home to the Oldest Mountains in North America and possibly the World. The roads surrounding the Bed and Bike Inn in Cabarrus and Stanly counties are some of the best in North Carolina for road biking. We provide cue sheets of varying distances and difficulty to meet the experience level of our guests.

You can explore on your own or for a more relaxing experience, enjoy one of our Tour Packages. In addition to biking we offer wine and kayaking tours. With 5 vineyards within a 30-mile radius of the Bed & Bike Inn, the Uwharrie region has become known for its wine. Full Moon Kayak Trip is for someone that wants to experience the magic of paddling by the full moonlight. Laurie Weaver writes “Everything I have ever experiences kayaking in the daytime was now accentuated by the fact that I was doing it at night. The calm water seemed even more tranquil by moonlight. We provide a continental breakfast at an additional charge of $5/person. We do provide fresh organic coffee and a variety of teas. Each home has a full kitchen fully stocked for guests use.

Cancellation Policy:
A 7 day cancellation is required. All cancellations less than 7 days are non-refundable if the room is not re-booked.

Deposit Policy:
DEPOSITS are required when reserving a whole house OR the entire property. An advance deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
Pets Welcome
PETS (upon approval) are allowed in the Log Home and Cabin. Pet fee is $25.
