Check In Policy:
Check in during the week period is after 5:00 pm and Weekends and Holydays is 3:00pm
Check Out Policy:
Check out is 12:00 noon
Cancellation Policy:
All cancelations will be made within 48 hours. Any refunds will be honor within this period less $50.00 deposit.
Children: Children Welcome
No toddlers are allowed, as we are not safety certified by the State of NC to entertained young ones. A good age is 8 years and older. Parents or guardians are responsible for the overall conduct and safety of their children. We will make every effort to accommodate your young ones, but there will be a $30.00 fee for additional accommodations.

Deposit Policy:
There is a $50.00 deposit for reservation of the rooms. We accept major credit cards, MC, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance; provided that a deposit has been paid for that room.
Pets Welcome
Only small domestic animals such like cats or kittens and dogs. Pet owners are responsible for damages and or behavior of such pets. A $50.00 fee will be charge if any damages are caused by such pets.

Smoking: Outside
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or any other place in the Inn other than the two balconies and of course outside.
