Check-in time is from 3-7pm, please let us know if you will arrive after that time.

Check out is by 11am, unless otherwise arranged.

For normal nights, if notification of a cancellation is received by 5pm the day before the scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee will not be charged. If notification of cancellation is received before 7pm the day of arrival, a cancellation fee of $35.00 will be charged, per room canceled. No-shows will be assessed a full night's stay, and the remainder of the stay will be canceled. For special events and holidays (not including Duke Graduation), we charge a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If notification of a cancellation is received (30) days or less prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable. We highly recommend travel insurance for our guests. Travel insurance is available from several vendors. Reservations for Duke Graduation carry 50% deposit requirement and have a 30-day cancellation policy. Again, we highly recommend travel insurance for our guests. Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departure. We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay.

For general reservations, no deposit is required. For Duke special events (graduation, reunion weekend, and Parent's weeked), a one night deposit is required at time of the reservation. All deposits must be made by credit card at time of reservation.
