The Sitting Room
The Living room is for our guests, and has a fireplace, several newspapers and magazines, library, and copies of all local restaurant menus. There are numerous card and board games available as well. Our archways leading into the dining room, kitchen and hallways are made of antique wormy chestnut wood.

Over 3 of our 11 acres are manicured and punctuated with over 14 perennial flower gardens, stream, waterfall, hammock, wrap around porch and the gazebo with swing.

Serving a full hot breakfast each morning with choices, the dining room can also be used for guests to gather and play games or cards. The view out the window is towards the stream side of the property...always scenic and you never know what wildlife you will see!

Features a king size bed, wormy chestnut beam ceiling, wide plank pine floor, love seat and coffee table, desk plus a huge brick wood burning fireplace.

Our largest room with a queen bed, gas burning fireplace and huge two-room bath. This room also features a loveseat sofa that opens up to a twin bed. This room easily accommodates three people.

A light sunny room featuring an oak four poster queen size bed, a loveseat, coffee table and desk.

Spacious room with antique iron queen bed, two glider rockers, antique chest and desk. This room can accommodate a third person on a rollaway bed. Linville catches the afternoon sun.

A very private and romantic retreat. The Spring House is a separate cottage directly behind the main farmhouse and features a queen bed, hardwood floors, free-standing gas fire place and your own deck overlooking the gardens and surrounding wooded ridges.
