1905 Colonial Revival B&B
The house itself is an architectural delight with some of the area’s finest interior woodwork. The large porches are a beautiful accent to the mellow old red brick of the exterior. The high ceilings, ornate mantles, and other architectural details, transport you back in time when life had an elegance and a relaxed quality seldom enjoyed today.

Walking Distance To Downtown
A short walk takes you to downtown Asheville for antiquing, sightseeing, visiting art galleries, and fine dining. By car, the Biltmore Estate is 3 miles - - the Blue Ridge Parkway, Folk Art Center, hiking trails, fishing, boating, shopping malls, etc are all 15 minutes or less.

Three Course Gourmet Breakfast
"Where the presentation is as important as the quality of the meal". The inspiration for our breakfasts comes from all corners of the United States. From Northwest salmon scrambled eggs to a Southwest breakfast burrito, the melody of colors, aromas and flavors will please all your senses.

Iron Horse Room
Southern Railway’s introduction of the first steam locomotive, “Iron Horse”, brought more sophisticated visitors to Asheville. The centerpiece of this first floor room is the hand-carved queen size mahogany bed. The large windows bring in cheerful sunlight from the side garden. At night, the gas fireplace gives this room a warm glow. The updated private bathroom is complete with a shower.

Blue Ridge Room
The Blue Ridge Mountains were named for the blue-gray haze that veils the mountains. Cool, crisp mountain air and timeless natural beauty continues to draw flocks of vacationers to the city of Asheville. The Blue Ridge room is the ultimate in comfort with a working fireplace and a bay window that offers an idyllic nook for reading. The stylish décor has a cherry, 4-poster, king size bed as its focal point. And its private bathroom is complete with a shower.

Chestnut Hill Room
Chestnut Hill Room Named for Asheville's oldest historic district where the Inn is located, the Chestnut Hill room is on the first floor tucked behind the original pocket doors. The king-size 4-poster bed gives the room a sense of elegance. The small private bathroom has updated fixtures, shower, and a new ceramic floor.

Grove Park Room
Relax and rejuvenate yourself in this newly remodeled room that features a new bathroom with ceramic tile shower and rain showerhead, a queen-size bed and a 32" wall-mounted LCD TV.

Wall Street Room
Asheville's Wall Street is unlike the hectic Wall Street in Manhattan. Quaint & narrow, it is lined with boutiques & restaurants and is a favorite place for outdoor art shows and impromptu concerts. The highlight of this room is a stunning federal style canopy bed. Its views include an up close look at an award winning Dogwood tree and distant views of downtown Asheville when the leaves have fallen. Its private bathroom is complete with a shower.

Biltmore Room
The queen size 4-poster bed has a pillow top mattress that provides a luxurious night's rest. The room affords a magnificent view of the award-winning sugar maples on the grounds and a wintertime view of downtown Asheville.

The Zen Retreat
This newly remodeled room is not only a place to lay your head, but an experience all in itself. The Retreat is the only room on the third floor of the Inn, so it is very private and quiet. As you climb the stairs to your private hideaway, you will be engulfed with a sense of calm. The king size bed and three window seats beckon you to relax among the pillows, while the gentle trickle of the fish tank soothes your senses. Let your cares melt away in your private steam room. The Zen Retreat reflects the laid-back attitude for which Asheville is famous.

Beaucatcher Suite
The hardwood floors and 2-person Jacuzzi highlight this recently remodeled suite located in our carriage house. The large bedroom boasts a queen-size iron bed, television, and a comfortable chair for relaxing. This spacious suite has a separate living room, "wood-burning" gas stove, sink, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, and a table/chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
