Check-in hours are from 4:30-7:00 pm. Should your arrival be after check-in hours, please notify us as to your arrival time to ensure untimely delays in your check-in process. Balances are due upon check-in.

Check out is 11:00 am on the morning of departure. We are sorry, but are unable to extend check-out times due to arriving guests.

Cancellations more than 21 days out will receive a full refund less $39.00 processing fee. Cancellations 7-21 days of arrival will receive a credit on a gift certificate towards a future booking less a $39 re-booking fee. A cancellation within 7 days of reservation will be subject to and charged for all nights reserved, including all applicable taxes. A 30 day cancellation is required for all Holidays* and Leaf Season*, less a $39.00 processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days of Holiday* and Leaf Season* reservations is subject and charged for all nights reserved, including all applicable taxes. Early departures and partial cancellations fall within the guidelines of our cancellation policy.

A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. A confirmation by email will be sent within 48 hours for your review. Payment in full is expected for reservations during Holidays and Leaf Season at the time of reservation. Room rates are based on double occupancy. Checks must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to your reservation date. Personal check deposits must be received within 5 days from the date that the reservation is made. A confirmation by email will be sent to you once payment is received.
