Oakland Cottage Bed & Breakfast, is an historic "Arts & Crafts" style B&B with a convenient in-town location in Asheville, NC. Oakland Cottage offers 3 spacious suites and 2 guest rooms, all with private baths. With a capacity for up to 20 overnight guests, the whole cottage is perfect in its entirety for family reunions and other group gatherings.
If you are traveling by yourself, as a couple, or small family unit, reserve just one of the reasonably priced, spacious suites or rooms. Our in-town location can't be beat - one mile from the entrance to the Biltmore Estate and the heart of downtown Asheville. |

Cancellation Policy: |
Because of our small size, cancellations effect us greatly. Therefore we adhere strictly to our cancellation policy. Once we are within the cancellation period, 7 days prior to the check-in date, multiplied per number of rooms reserved, for Suite or Room reservations, and 60 days prior to the check-in date for Whole House reservations, the Reservation is due in full and non-refundable. |

Deposit Policy: |
For Suites, 1 nights room rate is due to hold the reservation, refundable minus a $25 booking fee up until 7 days prior to the check in date. For Whole Cottage reservations, 50% of the total amount is due to hold the reservation and is refundable minus a $35 booking fee up until 60 days prior to the check in date. |
Pets Welcome |
The Dogwood Suite is most suitable for our guests with pets, as there is a private outside entry as well as an inside entry. There is a $10 per night pet fee and we require pet owners to accept our "Pet Agreement" which may be found on our website. |
