Centrally located in St. John's Newfoundland, the Winterholme Heritage Manor is in the cities East End Heritage District, across from Bannerman Park, the Lieutenant Governor’s property and just a short walk to most of the City’s major attractions. We are close to the airport, the downtown business and shopping district, and only minutes from all of the major hotels, The Rooms, The Convention Centre and Mile One Stadium. The seat of Government, Memorial University and the Arts & Culture Centre are about a 25-minute walk along the beautiful Rennies River Trail.
In 1993 this magnificent property was restored to a single family home and today is a 4-star Heritage Inn, with 12 well-approached suites and a large main floor that is often used for special functions. If it’s in your plans to visit Newfoundland and Labrador, a visit to St. John’s, Canada’s City of Legends is a must. You’ll have a ‘time’ you just wouldn’t want to miss. All Suites have a private en suite bathroom with a double Jacuzzi and a king or queen size bed, while every suite is different, we promise one thing in them all, a quiet restful sleep, in a 'home away from home atmosphere'. |
