We stayed two nights at this great bed & breakfast, and enjoyed it completely. Clifford and Phyllis Rogers are the perfect hosts. Phil regailed us with an interesting history of the house, which was built in 1792 and later purchased by three rich alcoholic sisters, who used it as a prohibition era speakeasy. Phyllis made us great breakfasts in her very comfortable dining room, and we enjoyed walks in her beautiful flower garden. This is by far, the best bed & breakfast hotel in Schroon Lake.
