I loved this b&b!!! Andrea is THE BEST innkeeper ever! She has housekeepers 7 days a week so the place is very clean. They are or renovating the whole place and have been closed. Actually they still were last week when we stayed but we had a gift certificate and Andrea let us come even though there were no other guests! I can't wait to see it when all the new landscaping is done. The new wrap around porch is going to be great since it overlooks such a beautiful valley, They have been working all winter on renovations inside and out and since they were really closed Andrea gave me the full tour. Amazing! The new Lord Byron Suite is spectacular and I loved seeing the Harvest Moon. We stayed in The Irish Rose room which was just lovely. The view is the best from this room and it has such an authentic Victorian feel. I love the way Andrea draped the walls with fabric in the bathroom! It is sooo romantic and really absorbs any noise. It is really unique and beautiful and my husband, who is a carpenter was excited to see the exposed beams showing the post and peg construction of the house. We'd definately stay at The Glenwood House again. We may try a different room next time just to see if all the beds are as comfortable!

This is just the best BB we have ever stayed at. The Innkeeper is such a pleasure to talk with, and such interesting stories about the area. She gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations, and also the sights/shopping in the area. She really goes above and beyond to make her guests feel like royalty. On our last visit, we stayed in the Harvest Moon suite, and oh "THAT JACUZZI" is just so wonderful. Happy New Year Mr. and Mrs. Gray

Andrea is a great hostess and the rooms are nicer than the pictures on the internet. Breakfast was served with the other guests in the dining room or at individual tables in their new piano room. They must have at least 300 videos for guests to choose from and hundreds of books. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, the starry skies and the hot tub! My husband and I are already planning our return trip next fall!
