Bed & Breakfast at Oliver Phelps Miriam Cooperman 5 06/17/2009 It was the second time we've stayed with Jack and Donna and we've been delighted both times. The Inn is lovely with so many gracious touches. The breakfasts are superb. Jack has planned lots of wonderful bike rides for us. And both Donna and Jack can't do enough to please. We hope to be back.
