Casa Pacifica Bed & Breakfast Santa Fe david 5 12/22/2008 Having never been to the Southwest I was expecting a dusty desert.Instead I found a green,mountainous and surprisengly cool,especially at night, Santa Fe. Linda explained that because of the altitude,7,000 ft, it surprises many first time visitors. This was to be the first of many questions Linda was to answer for me. I found Santa Fe very sophisticated and my location at Casa Pacifica well situated for a 15 minute walk,a must,in my opinion, to the Plaza. The Plaza, being the end of the Santa Fe Trail, is where the action is for most Tourists but it is really only the beginning. With a hearty breakfast from Linda's kitchen I was ready for anything the day might bring with so much to see and do so close at hand. My stay in Santa Fe at Casa Pacifica was a joy beyond my expectations. Thanks, Linda and Emily. Now that I know where to stay I am bringing my dog,Blue. She will really enjoy the mountain trails and playing with Sophie and CiCi.
