Adobe Nido Bed & Breakfast Beth E. 5 06/17/2009 My Fiance and I took a southwest roadtrip and were looking for a nice B&B to spend our anniversary at in Albuquerque when we found this lovely place. Rol and Sarah (and their sweet doggies) were very welcoming and laid back, definitely the type of people we wanted to be around after a long road trip. (Gave us bottled water right when we walked in- perfect after a long hot day in New Mexico.) The accommodations were amazing, we stayed in the owl's nest room- very cozy and romantic, with its own door to a back patio and sauna. Our bathtub was a big two-person jacuzzi! The breakfast was really amazing, perfect home cooked food, the omelettes were unbelievable. If you stay there, tell Rol you want to try his omelettes! Basically, we felt like we were visiting a long lost aunt and uncle that made us feel very comfortable and relaxed, while giving us a lot of space to enjoy our time together. Thanks Rol and Sarah!
