Windward House Tracy 4.83 09/17/2003 This was my 4th or 5th summer at Windward. The friendliness of the Sandy and her staff (hi Vicki!) is as superlative as the Inn's appointments. Wonderful breakfast, amazing deck overlooking historic Jackson St., and overall value are reasons to return year after year.Cottage Room is the best, after that, the Edwardian Room. Don't miss the afternoon tea and snacks, either.
