Our cancellation policy is as follows: A one week (7 day) notice is required to insure a full refund of deposit. If you should cancel in less than seven days, a full refund will be given if the room can be re-rented, less a $20 charge. We do not over-book reservations, so we must adhere to our cancellation policy.

Rooms will be reserved with a deposit equivalent to your FIRST NIGHT'S STAY, preferably by receipt of a check within seven (7) days of making your reservation. If you wish to use a credit card for your first night's payment, we will charge your credit card immediately. Final payment (preferably by cash or personal check) will be accepted on your departure.
