Located in the beautiful community of Water Mill, in Southampton, New York, the lovingly restored and beautifully decorated Box Farm Bed & Breakfast was originally a colonial farmhouse, dating from the late 1600's. The rarity and age of this residence, and architectural significance of the property have qualified it to be placed on the list of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
The Inn has six beautiful bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a lovely porch overlooking the Inn's swimming pool ~ all less than one mile from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
One mile from the beach, Box Farm rests in the center of the Hamptons, three miles to Southampton, one mile to Bridgehampton, six miles to East Hampton. It is not possible to be more centrally located!
