Our 1850 antebellum mansion overlooks the beautiful Warwick Valley. Cancellation Policy:
When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room you select and guarantee to hold it for the day(s) you request. You agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it. Saturday night reservations require a 2 night minimum (Friday & Saturday OR Saturday & Sunday nights). A one night reservation will be accepted when made less than 7 days in advance. Cancellations for any reason received less than 30 days before stay is to begin are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations for any reason received less than 10 days before stay is to begin will be charged full amount for all nights and rooms booked. A change of date is considered a cancellation.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit equal to one night’s room rate is required to hold a reservation. Deposit requirements may vary for holiday periods and some programs. Saturday night reservations require a 2 night minimum (Friday & Saturday OR Saturday & Sunday nights). A one night reservation will be accepted when made less than 7 days in advance.
