Enjoy a hearty farm breakfast prepared just for you by our chef. A selection of muffins, biscuits or rolls, prepared in our own farm kitchen from organic flours, starts the meal. Select from our offerings of eggs, bacon, ham or sausage. Perhaps you would like to sample our pancakes or waffles served with syrup or jams prepared on our farm. If you love to eat breakfast, this is the place for you.

Each Friday at 4:00 P.M. we offer a high tea for our guests. Sample some of the delicacies of the land such as Frangipane tarts, tea sandwiches prepared on our homemade bread, quiche, fruit or vegetables in season and, of course, our selection of tea.

The Burm Garden
Surrounding the house and expanding to the grounds beyond are demonstration gardens, which show how herbs can be used to enhance the beauty of your home. This garden, which greets you at the front doorway, features plants that grow in light, filtered shade.

Flowers are wonderful garnishes to a plate, but did you know that many are eatable and can be used as an addition to salads and soups? This garden shows some of the flowers that are being used to enhance your dining pleasure. Because we have an organic environment, you can feel free to sample.
