We would like to invite you into our home in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine country to share all the wonders of this old house. Its 200 year old history holds many secrets which we would be happy to share with you.
Each morning you will be able to start your day with a full farm breakfast in the elegant setting of our main dining room or the intimacy of our smaller dining room, prepared to your order by our on-site chef. Home baked muffins, biscuits or rolls are prepared with organic flour in our country bake ovens.
Nestled between Lake Cayuga and Lake Seneca, this region of the Finger Lakes in upstate New York, offers a wide variety of activities. Some of the most beautiful waterfalls and gorges in the world are located around every corner. Five miles from the Copper Beacons Bed and Breakfast is Taughannock Falls, a 215-foot straight vertical drop of water, one of the tallest east of the Mississippi River.
Not far away are Cascadilla Gorge, Buttermilk Falls, and Upper Tremain Park, all of which offer spectacular waterfalls. A short drive will bring you to Montour Falls or Watkins Glen State Park. The Finger Lakes National Forest is just two miles from our door. It offers miles of hiking trails through woods and fields with vistas of Seneca Lake.
We have been developing an herb farm on the forty acres surrounding the house and preparing demonstration gardens for your enjoyment. The peaceful surroundings lend to a calming, restful experience after a busy day of exploring the surrounding area.
Our Yankeerose Herb Shop is a place to buy that special gift or relax in front of our cooking fireplace. Come, experience the delight of a gentler era and be transported back to a simpler time. |

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received 14 days prior to your first night's stay will be credited in full. Special Events require 120 days notice. After that, you will be financially responsible for your reservation. Should it be necessary to depart prior to your confirmed departure date, guests will be responsible for the full amount of the intended stay. All changes to confirmed reservations are subject to a $25 administrative fee.

A prepayment of one night's stay by check or valid credit card will reserve your room. For reservations within 14 days of your arrival date, full prepayment is required.
