We are a short distance to Cornell University and Ithaca College, Corning Museum of Glass and four New York State Parks surrounded by wineries, antique shops, and cross country skiing and bicycle trails.

Lilac Cottage

Rates are presently $150 to $180 for two guests. There is an added charge for additional guests. Children are conditionally welcome. Pets must be approved in advance.

The King Bedroom

The King Bedroom has a spacious king bed, an en suite private bath and is appointed with antique décor.

The Queen Suite

The Queen Suite has two rooms. One room has the queen bed, dresser, TV and a lot of open space. The adjoining sitting room has a comfy double sofa bed, a second TV and a refrigerator.

The Queen Plus Room

The Queen Plus Room has a queen bed, a single bed and antique décor. The private bath for the Queen Room is at the bottom of the stairs. The room is immediately at the top of the stairs for our guests' convenience.

Lilac Cottage's Common Room

Lilac Cottage is cozy, comfortable and offers privacy since it is separated from the main house. It sleeps six (two bedrooms), two baths, living room, dining area and a full kitchen. Breakfasts are provided in the main house for cottage guests. The Lilac Cottage also features a private covered deck.
