Guestroom #7
Elizabeth Main, who has owned the Mainstay for more than 10 years, has lovingly decorated the rooms. Many of the walls have hand painted charm. The property is located on an acre and includes a 2Ox4O inground black lined pool. The grounds are filled with flowers and give one the feeling of restfulness and country life

Master Suite
A large, gracious front room with a king-sized antique iron bed, fireplace, TV and love seat. Includes a private bath with clawfoot tub and shower. A country pine armoire and white carpet complete the picture. Six windows face the garden, pool and historic, tree-lined Hill Street. A/C. Maximum Occupancy: 2.

Two Bedroom Suite
Large airy suite on the top floor. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, gabled ceiling with hand painted clouds, and five windows overlooking historic, tree-lined Hill Street and the garden. The second bedroom room has a double and a twin bed, skylights with faux-painted yellow walls. Private bath/shower with skylight is shared by both rooms accessed through first bedroom. Great for families and close friends. Maximum Occupancy: 5.

Garden Room
Once an old sun porch overlooking the east gardens at the side of the house, this unique private room surrounded by windows has its own entrance and private bath, and a queen-sized bed, Although not our largest room it's one of our most popular and most private room which gives a sense of awaking in a garden.
