The Mainstay is a charmingly restored guest house in the heart of old Historic Southampton Village, New York. All rooms in this beautiful Hamptons Bed & Breakfast have antique iron beds and country pine furniture. A lovely master suite with king bed, fireplace and TV is always the first choice on guests list of rooms to stay in. The third floor has a newly renovated 2 room suite, with shared bath, which can sleep up to 5. Perfect for families or 2 couples, one room has a king bed with walls airbrushed in clouds on the slanted ceilings and the other room is faux painted in warm yellows with lace hanging from skylights.
Continental breakfasts are served including waffles which seem to be a house favorite. After breakfast a fifteen minute walk takes you to Mainstreet Southampton and a ten minute bike ride will get you to the ocean beaches. We are recommended by the Southampton Chamber of Commerce, Americas Little Hotels and Inns, and have a two star rating by the Mobil Guide.

25% for all confirmed cancellations regardless of cancellation date. Cancellations received within two weeks of arrival are subject to 50% of charge or non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations of group reservations, two rooms or more, must be made at least one month in advance or will be subject to forfeit of complete deposit. One night minimum cancellation, all rooms double occupancy only. |

Its a charmingly restored home with unique decor, very personalized. Beautiful deep blue pool and lovely garden.
