Check In Policy:
Check-in is 3:00 pm by appointment ONLY.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out is by 11:00 am
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are refundable, minus a $10 service charge per room, if cancellations are made 14 days prior to arrival. Our policy also applies to early departures (shortened reservations). Less than two weeks (14 days) notice will result in full charges for the number of room(s) and days reserved with your credit card.
Children: Children Welcome
Families with children are welcome.
Deposit Policy:
A two-night minimum is required on weekends, from May 15 through October 31. Reservations required with a deposit equal to the first night's stay.
No Pets Allowed
Sorry, but we can not accommodate pets.
Pets Living At Inn: Yes
We have a SMALL DOG IN OUR HOUSEHOLD. He has hair not fur and most people cannot be allergic to him and the dog is not allowed in the guest rooms.
Smoking: Outside
Hummingbird’s Home, including guest rooms, is a non smoking establishment, however our covered porch and lawn furniture will accommodate our smoking guests.
